酒店硬件還可以，前台服務也可以。早餐有點差，和這個價位不符，早餐開始時間也有些晚。這個一星差評是給6月9日酒店早餐服務人員的。尤其是負責收早餐餐具的那位女服務員的服務態度尤其差。我住了這麼多的酒店，第一次聽説要客人收拾早餐餐具的，説我們這是自助餐，這太奇葩了。我們一沒有多拿食物，二沒有弄得滿桌殘渣，竟然提出這要求，令人費解。

酒店位置在市中心的安靜處，不遠處就有洗車店和餐館，剛到海拉爾時間緊張可以邊洗車邊用餐挺方便滴。酒店的前台客服保潔保安人員等都微笑待客，入住後陸續的幾個要求很快就落實滿意，客房設施和服務達到五星的感受。收藏了，再遊呼倫貝爾必須還住水晶灣！

全五星好評，嶄新嶄新的酒店，海拉爾不大，離市區不遠，開車很方便，停車也方便。各種硬件設施嶄新乾淨，21年的新酒店但沒有裝修味道，前台小姐姐也非常熱情，我們正好大雨辦理入住，直接給我們升級了房間，長者孩子住的都很舒服，空調、小米電視，小童動畫片豐富，非常適合旅遊入住。

這個夏季在呼倫貝爾呆了三十多天，清涼一夏化身水晶“粉”，一直住在水晶灣酒店，酒店乾淨衞生，位置還算安靜，住着很舒適，，前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，如果酒店再注意些細節就更好了，期待明年夏天的驚喜！

酒店在南屯，外面看着挺好，附近沒有什麼配套設施，飯店和超市離得較遠，衞生一般，最狠的就是早餐了，最基本的煎蛋或煮蛋都沒有，主食類和菜品一共沒超過六種，而且冰涼，這幾年生意確實不好做，但大家都不容易，真是很少評論，出差住過好多酒店，在海拉爾地區，四分的價格，一分的品質，選酒店請略過
